What happens before you go live
Every installation includes these three stages. None of them is charged separately or left for you to work out.

We install on your computers, connect your printers, and configure the system to match how your business already works.
Data migration
We transfer your existing records and reconcile every total against your current system. Nothing is switched off until you have confirmed the figures.
Staff training
We train your team at their own workstations, on your own products and prices, until they are comfortable working without us.
Once you are running
If a computer fails
The software writes a backup every day. We restore it onto another machine and you carry on trading.
When you need a change
Prices, users, rules and printed forms are yours to adjust from inside the software, without a service charge.
Updates and improvements
New versions are installed for you, tested first, and scheduled around your working hours rather than during them.
What we will not claim
We are a new company and we will not advertise a response time we have not yet proved in practice. What we will say is that the number on this page is answered by the people who write the software.
